Reesure makes rent payments simple, clear, and stress-free.
Your landlord or property manager sets this up for you, Reesure takes care of the rest. Below, you’ll see how each method works.
If your landlord has enabled auto collection, Reesure will automatically debit your rent from your bank account close to the end of each month.
Once you confirm your email, we’ll request your first payment, along with any deposit if needed, and set up automatic withdrawals for the months ahead.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and follow local banking rules (like SEPA or ACH), so everything runs smoothly and safely.
Your rent will be automatically debited around the due date each month. We’ll notify you before the payment goes out and confirm once it’s complete.
If a payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds), we’ll try again automatically. And if needed, you can always log in to make the payment manually through a secure link.
No need to track dates or take action, unless something goes wrong. And if it does, Reesure has you covered.
When you’re set up for pay-by-link, you’ll receive a secure payment link each month by email or WhatsApp. Just click the link and pay using your preferred local method, no login or app required.
You’ll always see the amount, due date, and how to pay. It’s simple, secure, and works without needing to track anything manually.
You’ll receive a reminder before your rent is due, and if you haven’t paid by the due date, Reesure will send a follow-up reminder.
The link stays active unless your landlord disables it, and you can pay anytime, even after the due date. Just keep in mind that some landlords may apply a late fee, which will be clearly shown in advance.
Your landlord or property manager chooses your rent payment method when they invite you. You’ll see which method applies, auto collection or pay-by-link, in your invitation email from Reesure.
If you’re set up for auto collection, we’ll notify you before any payment is withdrawn. If it’s pay-by-link, you’ll receive a secure payment link by email or WhatsApp each month.
Either way, we’ll explain everything clearly before your first payment is due.
You’ll always receive a reminder close to the due date, so there’s no need to remember it yourself. Reesure sends these reminders by email or WhatsApp, depending on what your landlord or property manager has set up.
If you’re using pay-by-link, your secure payment link will be included in the message, so you can pay directly without logging in. If you’re on auto collection, we’ll let you know in advance before the payment is withdrawn from your account, so you’re never caught off guard.
All reminders are automated, clear, and sent with enough time to act, whether you’re paying manually or automatically. You stay informed, and rent stays predictable.
Don’t worry, Reesure is built to help you stay on track without stress.
If you’re set up for auto collection, Reesure will automatically attempt to collect your rent on your landlord’s chosen due date. If the payment fails, like if your account doesn’t have enough funds, we’ll send you a notification and automatically retry the payment. You can also log in to pay manually if needed.
If you’re using pay-by-link, your rent is not collected automatically. You’ll receive a reminder before the due date with a secure payment link. If the rent isn’t paid on time, Reesure will send a follow-up reminder so you can still pay using the same link. The link stays active even after the due date, unless your landlord disables it.
If your landlord has enabled late fees, we’ll clearly let you know when those apply and how much, so there are no surprises.
Reesure keeps everything transparent, with helpful reminders and backup options if something goes wrong.
A late fee is an extra charge your landlord may apply if your rent isn’t paid by the due date. The fee amount and timing depend on your landlord’s settings and local rental rules.
If you’re paying by link, and the rent becomes overdue, that same link will automatically update to include the late fee, even if it was sent before the fee applied. In your next reminder, the link will also reflect the updated amount. You can use either one to pay the full amount, including the late fee.
If you’re on auto collection, the total (rent + any late fee) will be included in the next withdrawal attempt, and you’ll receive a notification with the full amount before it’s charged.
Reesure doesn’t set or decide late fees, but we make sure you’re always informed in advance and able to pay the correct amount easily.
If you have a question about your rent amount, payment schedule, or need to request extra time to pay, please contact your landlord or property manager directly, they manage your lease and rent terms.
If you’re having trouble with the Reesure platform, like a broken payment link, missing reminder, or login issue, you can reach out to our support team.
We’ll help with anything on the technical side and make sure you know who to contact for everything else.
It depends on how your rent is set up, your landlord or property manager chooses the payment method when they invite you to Reesure.
If you’re set up for auto collection, your rent is withdrawn directly from your bank account each month using a secure method like SEPA or ACH, depending on your country. You don’t need to take any action after setup, and you’ll be notified before each payment is collected.
If you’re set up for pay-by-link, you’ll receive a secure payment link by email or WhatsApp. You can then pay using your preferred local payment method, depending on what’s supported in your country.
No matter which method is used, all payments are handled through Stripe, a globally trusted platform, and your payment details are encrypted and never stored by Reesure.
That depends on the payment method your landlord has set up and what they’ve chosen to cover.
If you’re using auto collection (like SEPA or ACH), all banking costs are typically paid by the landlord, so there’s no extra charge to you as the tenant.
If you’re using pay-by-link, and your landlord has enabled higher-cost payment methods, like credit card or PayPal, they may choose to pass part of the fee on to you. If that’s the case, the extra fee will be clearly shown before you complete the payment, so there are no surprises.
Reesure never adds hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
Reesure protects your information using the same standards trusted by major banks and global platforms.
