About the role
At Reesure, we don’t hire “frontend” or “backend” devs, we hire builders. People who love taking an idea from concept to production, owning the whole problem end-to-end.
We’re now looking for a Medior/Senior Builder to join our team in Skopje. Someone with at least 3+ years of fullstack experience, strong in backend (.NET, Azure, pipeline management/CI/CD, GitHub workflows) but comfortable moving across the stack when needed. You’ll also push the limits of AI coding tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, etc.) to accelerate development and explore new ways of building.
This is a role for someone who wants to own, experiment, and ship, not just take tickets.
Your responsibilities
Build and ship features across the stack, with a focus on backend (.NET, Azure)
Own pipeline management (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to keep our releases smooth and fast
Collaborate using GitHub best practices (branching, reviews, PRs)
Use and experiment with AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, etc.) to deliver faster and smarter
Integrate with Next.js/React frontend where needed (team already strong on frontend)
Own projects from idea to deployment, and iterate fast
Contribute to a builder-first culture where titles don’t matter, impact does
Your requirements
3+ years of experience building and shipping fullstack applications
Strong skills in .NET and Azure, including pipeline management (CI/CD, GitHub workflows)
Solid understanding of React/Next.js (to collaborate with frontend teammates)
Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, Lovable, etc.) and eagerness to adopt new ones
Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and end-to-end responsibility
Based in Skopje, Macedonia, available minimum 3 days in-office (2 days remote optional)
