How to pay your rent
Your owner or property manager picks the method when they invite you to Reesure. You'll see which one in your invitation email, and you can always check inside your account.
There are two options: auto-collection, where Reesure debits your rent automatically each month, or pay-by-link, where a secure link arrives each month and you decide when and how to pay.
Auto-collection
Set up once. Rent paid on time, every month.
Once you've accepted your invitation and confirmed your bank details, Reesure debits your rent automatically each month, around your due date. After the initial setup, you don't need to do anything.
A few days before each payment, you'll get a reminder telling you the amount and the date. Once the payment goes through, you'll get a confirmation.
If a payment doesn't go through — for instance because your account is short of funds on the day — you'll get a notification and Reesure will retry automatically. If retries keep failing, you'll get a payment link so you can pay manually.
Once auto-collection is running, you never have to think about rent again. No dates to remember, no actions to take — your rent just goes out on time.
Pay-by-link
A secure link arrives. You decide when to pay.
A few days before your rent is due, you'll receive a secure payment link from Reesure by email or WhatsApp. Tap the link, choose your preferred local payment method, and pay. No login, no app to install.
Pay-by-link gives you flexibility on both when to pay — any time before the due date — and how, from multiple locally supported payment methods.
Always know what's paid, and what's coming.
Your Reesure account gives you a real-time view of your rent — and lets you pay anything outstanding when you want to. You can use it to:
- See what's been paid, what's coming, and what's outstanding — in real time
- Pay any outstanding rent
- Download receipts and statements
- Update your email, phone, or preferred language for reminders
You can log in any time at app.reesure.com.
The tenant portal is there if you need it — you don't have to think about it unless you want to.
Are my money and personal details secure?
Yes. Reesure runs the payment flow on top of regulated infrastructure — your money goes directly to your landlord, we never see your bank details, and your personal data stays private.

Reesure runs the payment flow, but the money never sits with us. It moves straight from your account to your landlord or property manager.
Your bank details stay private
Payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. Stripe encrypts and handles your bank details. Reesure never sees them, and never stores them.
Fully GDPR-compliant
The personal data we need to manage your rent comes straight from your owner or property manager. We use only essential data, and we never share it with anyone else, not even Stripe.
Always notified before a payment
You'll always get a reminder before any payment is taken from your account, with the amount and the date. You can adjust your preferences in the tenant portal.
